Balloon Clusters
You don’t always need a full arch – small clusters of balloons in complementary colours can look just as stylish. Group 3–5 balloons of different sizes and place them around your venue – by doorways, next to cake tables, or in cosy corners. Add a few faux flowers or greenery for that extra pop.
Top tip: stick to 2–3 shades for a polished look.
Personalised Welcome Sign
A simple acrylic board or wooden panel can make a lovely welcome sign. Paint the background in your theme colour, then use vinyl lettering, stick-on decals or stencils to create your message:
“Welcome to Amelia’s 1st Birthday” or “Bridal Brunch This Way” – an easy way to impress your guests.
Place it on an easel or a small table with flowers for an Instagram-worthy finish.
Party Favour Station
Rather than basic favour bags, display your treats in glass jars, wooden crates or pretty baskets. Add handwritten tags or little notes:
