We were delighted to style this festive Christmas party setup for the Royal Mail team at their Aylesbury office. The brief was to create a bold yet professional Christmas display that would instantly lift the workspace and bring seasonal cheer to the team throughout the festive period.
The design featured a striking white arched backdrop, dressed with a luxurious balloon installation in classic Christmas tones of deep red, forest green and rich gold. The colours were carefully chosen to reflect a traditional festive palette while maintaining a smart, corporate finish suitable for an office environment. A branded “We Are Christmas – Aylesbury” graphic was added to the centre of the backdrop, giving the setup a personalised touch that tied perfectly into the Royal Mail Christmas campaign.
The balloon styling was built in varying sizes and textures to create depth and movement, framing the arch beautifully and making the display ideal for staff photos and internal celebrations. Positioned within the office space, the setup acted as both a decorative feature and a focal point for the Christmas festivities.
This project is a great example of how corporate Christmas decor can be impactful, festive and brand-led, all while remaining polished and professional.
