Rayyan’s Aqiqah Setup at Colony Restaurant

About This Project

We loved bringing this elegant safari-themed aqiqah setup to life for Rayyan at Colony Restaurant. The design was centred around soft blue, ivory and white tones, creating a calm and refined look that felt both playful and luxurious.

The focal point of the setup was a layered arched backdrop, personalised with Rayyan’s Aqiqah and finished with a delicate blue safari print featuring giraffes and elephants. Organic balloon styling flowed around the arch in varying shades of blue and cream, adding depth and movement while keeping the overall look balanced.

To enhance the theme, we incorporated custom safari cut-outs including a statement giraffe and elephant, paired with lush floral arrangements in soft blue, white and greenery. A matching plinth with bow detailing completed the setup, providing the perfect space for cake display and photographs.

This aqiqah setup was designed to feel special, meaningful and visually striking – a beautiful way to celebrate such an important milestone.
