For Ayla Nur’s fairy first birthday, we transformed the elegant ballroom at The Centre Banqueting, Southall into a dreamy woodland wonderland. The theme was brought to life with soft pastel tones, whimsical fairy characters, and enchanted forest details. At the heart of the setup stood a custom stage backdrop featuring a storybook-style arched panel with a floral backdrop, surrounded by balloon garlands in shades of lilac, blush, peach, and cream.
A large pink toadstool cut-out framed one side of the stage, accompanied by delicate fairy and butterfly illustrations to create a magical setting. Complementing the scene were glowing butterfly wings and floral clusters, carefully arranged to enhance the charm and add depth to the overall styling.
A personalised welcome sign greeted guests with the message “Welcome to Ayla Nur’s Fairy First Birthday”, setting the tone for the event. In front of the stage, a handcrafted white cart decorated with silk florals added a whimsical touch, while a three-tiered pastel cake with sugar flowers and miniature fairy doors stood proudly on a white pedestal.
Every element – from the lighting to the balloon styling and floral placements – was designed to immerse guests in Ayla Nur’s “One-derland”. This setup was not just a birthday celebration, but a full fairy-tale experience tailored for a special little girl’s milestone moment.
