For this stylish 40th birthday celebration, we were tasked with creating a luxurious yet modern decor setup that would leave a lasting impression. The brief was clear: elegant, bold, and refined. We chose a monochrome palette of white and gold balloons accented with black satin bows to elevate the design with a touch of class. The personalised arch backdrop highlighted the celebrant’s milestone, while our illuminated “40” numbers added a statement glow, perfect for photos and ambience.
One of the main challenges we faced during this install was working within a tight event window with limited natural light, which meant precise placement of lighting elements was essential to ensure the space felt bright and well-balanced. We also paid special attention to bow placement to avoid visual clutter while maintaining symmetry.
The final result was a clean, sophisticated display that blended celebratory energy with high-end styling – a fitting tribute to four fabulous decades.
