This moon and stars baby celebration was styled with the aim of creating a calm, elegant and truly magical setting for such a special moment. Using a soft palette of blue, grey and white, we designed a cohesive setup that flowed beautifully across the space, from the feature backdrop to the guest tables. The balloon arch framed the moon themed backdrop perfectly, while the cloud floor added a dreamy, almost floating effect that instantly set the tone for the celebration.
Alongside the main setup, we carefully styled the tables to complement the overall theme. Cloud runners, blue and white floral centrepieces and soft candle details were used to bring the moon and stars concept through every part of the room, ensuring the decor felt thoughtful and complete from every angle. Crescent moon and hot air balloon props added a playful touch, balancing elegance with warmth and charm.
This setup was all about subtle details and a timeless finish — a space designed not only to look beautiful in photographs, but to feel special for family and guests throughout the celebration. From installation to final styling, every element was carefully placed by the Occasional Moments team to create a memorable and meaningful baby celebration filled with soft textures, gentle colours and a sense of wonder.
