This beautiful winter wonderland children’s party was styled at the elegant West Lodge Park Hotel in Barnet, created to bring a magical, fairytale atmosphere to life for a very special celebration. The brief was to design a soft, enchanting winter theme that felt warm, whimsical and child-friendly, while still maintaining a luxurious finish throughout the space.
The main backdrop featured layered pink arches personalised for the occasion, surrounded by a bespoke balloon installation in blush, ivory and soft champagne tones, finished with metallic accents and delicate snow-inspired details. Fairy character cut-outs, woodland animals and frosted trees were carefully placed to create a dreamy winter scene, making the setup feel immersive and playful for the children.
To complete the experience, we also styled the kids’ tables to tie in seamlessly with the overall theme. Each table was dressed with soft winter textures, faux snow detailing, mini trees and candle-style lighting, creating a cosy and magical setting that the children could enjoy throughout the event. The table decor was designed to be visually beautiful while remaining practical and safe for little guests.
This setup perfectly balanced elegance with imagination, transforming the room into a winter fairytale that delighted both children and adults alike. From the statement backdrop to the thoughtfully styled kids’ table decor, every detail was carefully considered to create a truly memorable celebration.
